Company History
Wilcomatic Limited was established in July 1967 as a supplier and maintenance provider for vehicle wash equipment.
The head office function is in Croydon where the administration, stores and workshop are based.
The service operation is co-ordinated and administered in Warrington. Wilcomatic directly employs 80 service engineers throughout the UK offering a 7 day per week, 52 weeks of the year service cover.
Wilcomatic Limited is a DNV (Det Norske Veritas) Health and Safety audited company to Safety Certificate for Contractors two star level in November 1999.
All field staff have received safety induction’s and specialist safety training to which each individual is in possession of a Safety Passport as evidence of successful completion of the training.
Wilcomatic achieved ISO 9001 accreditation in July 1995.
Wilcomatic currently have under contract 370 commercial machines, 1620 car wash rollovers and conveyors, 620 reclaims and 2350 pieces of DIY equipment.
Major contracts are in place for the supply and maintenance of vehicle wash equipment with BP, Asda, Sainsbury’s, Esso and Safeway.
Wilcomatic were the UK distributor for Ceccato until June 2001. We are now the distributor for Christ for German vehicle wash equipment. We are fully committed in supporting the existing Ceccato range of equipment.
In September 1997 Wilcomatic
introduced American Soft Cloth washing technology to the UK through
its partnership with Belanger Incorporated.
