Wilcomatic’s aftersales service is second to none, with around 70 engineers based throughout the UK, meaning you are always within easy reach of at least one of our operatives. We use no sub-contractors for any work, including water recycling maintenance and bay cleaning, and we are the only UK company to employ our own engineers in both Northern and Southern Ireland.
The Wilcomatic Service Division is the largest in the sector and includes four regional managers, 59 service engineers and 11 chemical technicians/water recycling engineers.
Electronic data transfer, including photographs between engineers and offices is used for diagnostic consultations, real time reporting and additional reporting capabilities. Each engineer is equipped with a laptop with a unique parts identification program to identify spare parts, electrical drawings and manuals for all the makes and models of carwash we manage.
All our service vehicles are fitted with a GPS tracking system to ensure they reach your site in the shortest possible time.
Our service and maintenance support can be provided for any brand of vehicle valeting equipment, provided by any manufacturer; including the provision of spare parts.
Wilcomatic has extensive experience in managing multi-site national accounts with emphasis on service level agreement performance and business development. Our remote diagnostic service overseas more than 250 sites nationally, with on-line monitoring of equipment performance, chemical levels and much more.
Service Desk Support
Our service desk is open from 8am to 6pm seven days a week and 364 days a year and ensures the highest possible service through the use of a sophisticated data base system for call logging, parts management, accounting and reporting.
