Building
This modern supporting construction, made from special, rolled
steel sections, is straight lined and lean.
The flexible modular construction made from steel profiles enables just about anything: from the base hall version, 10m in length for rollover wash units, up to an extended version up to 35m in length for wash tunnels / conveyors.
Base Version
The
base version of the wash building can be custom lengthened in increments
of 2.5m. Wilcomatic delivers the complete wash building i.e. the supporting
frame, roof and wall elements, as well as, the sectional doors and entrance
doors and any selected options, such as panelling or a plant room.
All available building components are harmoniously inter-coordinated to create an absolute attention grabber.
Options
Panelling & Lighting
Put your wash building in the spotlight. Illuminated or non-illuminated
plastic panelling can be combined with a stable aluminium frame. The
colourful design of the 800mm high panelling gives your wash building
it’s own personal appearance.
Additional side glazing
Window
elements. Large surface window elements, which can be variably set and
are made from plastic profiles with isolated double glazing, allow an
optimum influx of daylight.
