Christ C152 Primus 1 + 1

Image of the Christ C152 Primus 1 + 1In the car wash business, it is sometimes simply necessary to be able to work beyond the limit of capacity without having to build a substantially larger system. Naturally, time must be saved without affecting the quality of washing and drying. Christ carries out this balancing act by separating the drying section from the washing section, so saving an operation when drying.

The C152 Primus 1 + 1 is a double gantry machine available in its standard form or split into two separate bays as a two-step ‘tact’ unit.

Christ calls this successful formula 1 + 1, which represents the experience and competence derived from 25 years of building car wash systems - naturally aimed towards success for the operator. All of this can be achieved if, like Christ, you don't just assemble, but carry out development and construction from the bottom up in-house. Christ builds it's own motors, electronics, fabricates sheet metal and plastics, naturally does it's own painting. Only in this way can the sheer quality of Christ be guaranteed and thoroughly structured production lines be offered.

And only this combination guarantees the logical continuing development and the sensible improvements in detail to results such as the new Primus 1 + 1. Increases in capacity can only be achieved by shortening the time cycle if the standard 10 m length of the car wash is to be maintained. The key to success in design is the new Christ high-power dryer, which is accommodated in it'' own portal, with a power of 4 x 5,5 kW. Typical Christ quality, engineering and design are unaffected by this 'separation', of course. All technical features, all improvements and developments of the basic Christ model apply 100% to the 1 + 1. At the start of the wash, this drying portal moves to it's waiting position at the entry of the car wash, while the main portal carries out the input program functions. During the last operation, the drying portal follows a short distance behind and returns to it's starting position.
