Sometimes innovation is not as much about doing things differently as doing things logically. Over the past few years we've adopted Flexible Standards™, a simple, new concept of designing, manufacturing, installing, operating and maintaining carwash equipment. Our engineers consider the entire life of a machine in order to incorporate the simplicity of Flexible Standards into all of our carwash products from manufacturing through washing vehicles.
Flexible Standards™ is our interpretation and application of product standardization, with the additional benefit of offering professional carwash operators ultimate flexibility to customize their equipment line.
Flexible Standards™ works because it is a design and manufacturing philosophy that is driven by the most basic of philosophies. Keep is simple. While we still use all the highest-grade materials like aircraft-grade aluminium, high-density plastics and state-of-the-art electronics, we've standardized utilities, parts, subassemblies, wear parts, drive mechanisms and footprints. We've created system-wide, standard equipment interchange ability.
BWS Pro Class™
The
BWS Pro Class™ systems were developed for discriminating
high line speed washing. Pro Class 100™ is an
"Attended Only" system that is designed to deliver a fully
automatic comprehensive washing and drying process with all the "bells
and whistles", to stage a magical "extra revenue" experience
at line speeds that range between 100 and 120 vehicles per hour.

BWS Enduro Class ™
The
BWS Enduro Class ™ systems were developed for high quality
mid line speed washing. Enduro Class 60™ can
be ordered as an "Attended" or a "Self Loading"
system. It is designed to deliver a fully automatic comprehensive washing
and drying process with minimum adjustments and maintenance. It has
all of the basic "extra revenue" generating "bells and
whistles", for line speeds that range between 50 and 60 vehicles
per hour.

Waves & Fins™
Waves
& Fins™ is Belanger, Inc's. patented new cloth cleaning
system. When we started the Waves & Fins™
project, the design criteria was to create a new way to apply soft cloth
based on Flexible Standards™ thinking. Something
that would wash vehicles cleaner than ever before. It had to be simple
to maintain and just as easy to replace the hubs and cloth. Lastly,
it had to operate quieter. Throughout the development process our engineers
literally re-invented the carwash wheel. Now Waves & Fins™
is changing the way the carwash industry cleans

Waves and Fins™ simply clean better. Our Waves and Fins™ side wheels outperform our original method by 2 to 1. Follow the steps below and see for yourself.
Waves and Fins™ are radically different from our original cloth system. Plastic Waves™ hold cloth Fins horizontally. Spinning the cloth Fins™ in a horizontal plane positions the cleaning tips parallel with vehicle character lines to clean in the cracks and crevices of mouldings, door handles and wheel wells like never before.
The unique shape of Waves™ produces an oscillating motion as the wheel rotates. The oscillating motion of the Waves™ produces a triple cleaning action: up, down and across the surface of the vehicle to deliver an effective three inch overlapping cleaning area for thoroughly cleaner vehicles.
Our Waves and Fins™ design cleans twice as good as our original cloth method. The patented Fin™ design provides twice the cloth tip ratio of the traditional cut. This means twice the cloth touching and cleaning the car in the same amount of time.
We safely run Waves and Fins™ at 105 RPM's for even more cleaning power for your money!
Our
original cloth cut uses 456 (1158.2 square cm) square inches of cloth
and offers only 17 inches (43.2 cm) of cloth cleaning tips.
Waves
and Fins™ takes the ineffective area of the original
cloth design and flips it over to put cloth where you need it, out at
the tips for twice the cleaning power.
Waves
and Fins™ reconfigures the same 456 square inches (1158.2
square cm) of cloth into 38" (96.5 cm) of cloth tips and virtually
no wasted cloth at the fastening point.
Waves
and Fins™ doubles the amount of cloth tips touching and
cleaning cars in the same amount of time which maximizes cleaning results.
Belanger, Inc. offers a wide variety of side wheels, which all use the revolutionary Wave & Fins™ concept. Our Wave Mitters which also use the Waves & Fins™ design can quickly be changed from one colour scheme to another, providing an entirely new look.
Conveyors
The
Belanger over and under conveyor delivers unparalleled performance in
high volume carwashes the world over. Its frame and tracking surfaces,
constructed of 3/4" (19.05 mm) steel, outlast competitors’
steel construction by a full third. A heavy-duty hydraulic motor and
planetary gear drive provide tremendous torque output with no maintenance.
A unique dual spring chain tensioning system and centring guides keep
the dollies and rollers properly aligned on centre for even chain wear.
A full 2" (50.4 mm) stainless steel shaft is configured with a
stainless steel slide bracket for quick replacement on the idler end.
Both sprockets are flame hardened for long life. With so many performance
related features standard, the Belanger conveyor is unmatched for all
around performance.
Correlators
Our
correlator’s are used to align vehicles for entry onto the conveyor
and are built to last. Stainless steel axles with Ultra High Molecular
Weight (UHMW) rollers ensure zero corrosion for maintenance free performance.
Gyro Wraps
The
Gyro Wrap™ is perhaps the most simple, high performance
wrap that the carwash industry has ever experienced. Belangers research
and design team borrowed the self centring characteristics of a "favourite
childhood toy", the spinning top - simple, and mixed it with a
basic trajectory control principal from "rocket science",
the gyroscope - high performance, to create the Gyro Head™,
a compressed socket joint that operates as a gyro stabilizer.
Wave Mitters
Belanger
Wave Mitters™ are a new generation of overhead
mitter curtains that were over two years in the making. Wave
Mitters™ are a case study of engineering, prototyping
and beta testing simplicity. In the spirit of Flexible Standards™,
we incorporated the sound principals of our original machines, like
front to back and side to side motion with energetic cloth washing action,
rugged construction and low maintenance. These three 
characteristics
are all present in our new Wave Mitters™ We have
also added some fresh new ideas and enhancements such as, colour scheme
selection and more.
Wave Full Side Washer
The
Wave Full Side Washer™ has excellent cleaning
coverage for Vans, Trucks and Sport Utility Vehicles from the side windows
all the way down through the lower rocker panels and wheels. Combined
shock and cylinder controls provide smooth operation and selectability
for use on specific vehicles.
Wave Wrap
The
Wave Wrap™ is the next generation of our industry
famous follower Wrap Around. The Wave Wrap™ gives
operators the ability to clean the front, sides and rear of every vehicle,
even at the highest line speeds. The independent head travels up and
down the pivoting boom for superior rear cleaning. The resistant flexible
motor mount, clutching upper wheel section and adjustable air over oil
pressure controls make the Wave Wrap™ tops in
its class.
Wave Low Side Washer
The
Wave Low Side Washer™ cleans wheels, lower rocker
panels and sides up to the windows. It features a simple self-positioning
tension system and a clamp on arm for height adjustment. Also includes
Waves & Fins™, aircraft grade aluminium framework
and a utility hookup bulkhead.
Triple Foaming Sticks
The
Belanger Triple Foaming Sticks combine coloured plastic
tubes, anodized triple manifold aluminium extrusions that produce fluffy,
coloured streams of foam to deliver a revenue generating product for
you and your customers.
Titan VPS (Vehicle Preparation System)
The
Titan Vehicle Prep System provides your customers with
the ultimate pre-cleaning experience. To insure your customers’
satisfaction, the Titan VPS™ consistently prepares
vehicles from the window ledge down, including hard to reach areas such
as: wheel wells, sport rims horizontal character lines and the rear
of each vehicle prior to cloth cleaning
