Our
wash park is operator friendly, low-maintenance and self-explanatory,
a combination that wins customers and sparkling profits. Just the solution
for the customer and the operator! The wash profits at Christ have created
an innovative roof border to complement the modern design of Christ
wash tunnels and portal units.
The plastic panelling can be ordered in a wide array of colours and combined with the aluminium profile makes a modern and timely impression. Christ's modular construction method allows each investor to create his own individual design and to architecturally adapt his car wash unit to it's surrounding.
Technical
details: High-pressure lance that's easy to operate
The high-pressure lance is easy to use and customers just love to be
in control of the thrust free power. Unlike standalone pressure washers,
the lance and foam brush hoses at the self-service centre are suspended
from the wash bay roof on rotary booms allowing free movement and a
tangle free hose operation.
Operation and program selection made easy:
A large and colourfully designed instruction sign explains how it works.
The wash process is started upon insertion of either coins or tokens.
There are five programs to choose from, whereas programs can be changed
at any time. The electronic coin mechanism and the program buttons are
protected from frost in stainless steel casing. The LED display enables
the customer to monitor the course of his selected program combination.
The cycle speed of the individual programmes can be set by the operator.
Modular system, variable:
Wilcomatic offers a wide scope of products including everything from
a 2 bay to a 6 bay wash park with an uncovered wash bay, in which small
trucks up to 7,5 tons, campers, motor homes etc. can be cleaned. The
bays themselves are laid out as either drive-through boxes or are closed
at the head of the bay.
The Wash Park behind the curtains - completely
electronically controlled:
The complete supply unit for each wash box is built individually, the
centre of every module is the high-pressure pump, the feed of shampoo
and foam is regulated in each case by a dosing pump.
Modular plant-room container:
The container is clearly arranged, easily accessible and is subdivided
in the units: control cabinet, reverse osmosis, heating and pumping
device. The central SPC control is located in the control cabinet. All
functions and operational status', profits, operation hours, error indications,
customer service diagnosis etc., can be inquired at any time using the
transparent overlaid service panel with the operator control display.
Reverse osmosis, drying surety
Even reverse osmosis ‘Spot Free’ is divided into components.
Soft water production succeeds in the ion exchange process by means
of two resin patrons. Water and salt are separated in a physical process.
The resulting permeate enables spotless vehicle drying.
