Delivery System
As standard the Evolution offers concentrated chemicals in 25 litre
containers.
For an extra cost, our revolutionary ‘Bag in a Box’ system relieves operators from the problems of decanting wash chemicals when topping up their equipment. This then meets the current COSHH requirements without the need for protective clothing.
Each chemical is delivered conveniently packaged in 10 litre boxes, which are easy for operatives to lift and stack, thereby ensuring that Manual Handling legislation can be complied with.
A conveniently located rack inside the machine holds two boxes of each chemical, one in reserve. The unique ‘Bag in the Box’ automatically switches between packs when one runs out and the site operator is alerted to replace the empty pack.
The chemicals are super-concentrated and last up to 4 times longer than conventional products. This means that less room is required for storage and each pack needs to be replaced less often.
These revolutionary chemicals will ensure that your Jetwash remains operational throughout the busiest wash periods with minimum attention required from operatives.
Overhead Booms
The overhead booms are located stylishly on top of the Jetwash posts.
These keep the hoses above the car and reduce the likelihood of them
rubbing over the body of the vehicle or becoming tangled when washing.
Raised Cabinet
Most accident damage to machines tends to be in the area nearest the
ground. To reduce this the Evolution has been raised off the ground.
As well as reducing damage this also helps to minimise rain and dust
splash, and helps to maintain a clean image to the customer at all times.
Improved Water Heating System
The Evolution’s improved heating system consistently delivers
hotter water than conventional Jetwash machines. This improves the wash
quality and helps remove the most stubborn oil based grime and traffic
film. It has the added benefit of warming the hands of the user during
those bitter cold winter days!
Security
The Evolution’s cabinet is designed not only to look good, but
also help reduce theft and vandalism. Access to the cabinet is through
the front of the machine as the entire front forms a door. The door
is hinged on one side and closes completely behind the main posts, thus
significantly reducing the likelihood of forcible entry from vandal
attack.
All cash is kept in a steel strongbox, which is an integral part of the structure of the machine.
Frost Protection
As any forecourt operator knows the best time for car washing is during
periods of cold weather when the roads have been treated with salt.
As much as half to three quarters of all car washing is carried out
during these periods. Keeping your wash running is essential and each
Evolution Jetwash has a built in frost protection system which prevents
the machine from freezing up during cold weather. This also includes
an automatic blow-down of the hoses after every wash. So whilst other
washes in the area are still thawing out, you can be maximising the
return on your investment.
Intelligent Water Softening
In many hard water areas it is necessary to soften the rinse water to
remove the possibility of a streaky finish being left on vehicles after
washing. Our intelligent water softener ensures that just the right
amount of pure water is always on hand to give customers the best possible
finish, time after time.
Payment Methods
All Evolution Jetwash machines are capable of operating on both tokens
or cash, and on a Multi-programme or Buytime system. They can also be
linked to Codax at an extra cost.
