Train washes Whether the requirement is for washing trains or trams, whilst stationary or on the move, a reliable solution can be supplied by the Wilcomatic commercial wash division.

Carriage wash machines can be supplied to efficiently clean all shapes and configurations of rolling stock.

From passenger carrying wagons to goods wagons and single locomotives. All can be accommodated with either a standard wash machine from within the current range or with a bespoke system tailored to meet any special needs.

With all types of carriage wash facilities installed throughout Europe, Wilcomatic have the expertise and resources to provide first class advice from the drawing board stage right through to installation and commissioning.

For full length trains and coupled sets any configuration or number of brush stations can be supplied. Blow driers, front and rear end washing, roof washing and skirt washing facilities are available optional features that can be included.

With the facility to precisely sense the pantograph and any other protrusions the wash machine can efficiently wash a three car tram can in around 15 minutes including front and rear.
