'Monarch'
The ‘Monarch’ range of gantry wash machines is designed to meet the needs of today’s transport companies. Fleets of vehicles including trucks, buses, coaches and more general transportation vehicles can all be reliably and efficiently washed automatically by a ‘Monarch’ moving gantry wash machine.
All ‘Monarch’ machines have a unique brush control system for the vertical and horizontal brushes, this ensures that the vehicles contours are followed precisely and carefully. Many special features are programmed into the control system to accommodate spoilers, air management kits, trailer hitches etc. At the clients request other specific programmes can be incorporated to cater for specialist vehicles and their accessories. ‘Monarch’ machines are supplied with a fully adjustable detergent injection system ensuring that the customer can alter dilution rates to suit different detergent characteristics. The unique cross over and ‘shimmy’ action of the vertical brushes ensures that the fronts and rears of all vehicles receive thorough coverage. Vehicles with forward protruding rear view mirrors can be efficiently washed without the annoyance of removing mirrors or risk of damage. The ‘Monarch’ is an extremely dependable and versatile resource.
C3000
Manufactured using galvanized high grade carbon steel, with state of the
art technology incorporating built in reliability the ‘C3000’
provides the perfect wash solution.
C2100
Constructed of top quality stainless steel the ‘C2100’ offers
protection from the most arduous of operating conditions and ensures extended
service life of equipment.
A lower priced galvanised version of the ‘C2100’ is also available.
Available options on all models include fast drive through wash, single pass wash facility, high pressure washing and just about any requirements to suit individual needs.
Simply park the vehicle to be washed in the correct
position and select the wash programme required. From that point on everything
is automatic, when the wash cycle is completed, drive away in a thoroughly
clean vehicle. The easy to operate control panel provides simple instructions
for use and is designed to assist with fault diagnosis in the unlikely
event of a problem. Various configurations of machine are available to
suit specific vehicles including a two brush machine for smaller companies
with budget restrictions and a five brush version for operators of tankers
and irregular shaped vehicles. The ‘Monarch’ machine can be
supplied with either full or partial water reclamation to ensure low cost
operation.
