Panelling
Appealingly designed plastic panelling from coloured special plastic. Straight lined surfaces simplify unit maintenance. Individual colour selection from the wide array of colours are possible.

Side cylinder system
Electronically controlled wash cylinders guarantee even and gentle detection of every auto body form. Vehicle surfaces are washed in one forward and one return cycle, during which the brush direction is automatically changed. The standard wash cylinders are trimmed with bristles made from polyethylene.

Cross centre wash
The front and rear of the vehicle is completely covered by a cross centre wash. The cylinders are electrically driven over an end-to-end toothed rack made from refined steel. Vertical stopping of the brush cylinders during the cross centre wash is ensured by means of a special, pneumatically operated system.

Drying system
During the wash cycle, the vehicle's contour is scanned and intermediately saved electronically. The novel Christ Venturi roof jet dryer follows each vehicle's contour drying the vehicle's roof and side surfaces.

SPC Control
Space-savingly integrated in the rollover unit's portal sidebeam. Modular construction with individual plug-in cards. Fine control of all unit functions, monitoring of the most important components by means of the integrated diagnosis system. The respective unit status is displayed in the service terminal in clear text.

Frequency control
Three frequency converters work to ensure that the traction and lifting drives run variably and smoothly.

Wash agent dosing
Wash agent supply of shampoo and drying aid is integrated user-friendly in the portal sidebeam. Single dosing pumps with variable lifting and frequency settings ensure exact wash agent dosage. The product containers are serially equipped with a fill level monitor.

Dry-running protection is also serially included in the basic model.

Portal frame
The basic model is completely galvanized and painted. Important unit parts are made from refined steel, aluminium and plastic for a long machine life.

Service terminal, UBT-S
Modern alu-casing for wall installation with cover for guarding against vandalism. Can also be ordered as floor-mounted appliance at a height of 1,30 mtr. Control panel with LED-illumination. Front plate with plastic foil keyboard, clear text display, start button and emergency-off device. The multifunctional keyboard serves for program or code input, as well as, special wash unit operator function input.

Foam device
Tough dirt is removed from the vehicle before the vehicle wash. Basis for a gentle vehicle cleaning.

Wheel wash unit
Stabile linear guidance of the inner irrigated wheel wash brushes. High cleaning performance through pulsating brushes and change of brush rotation. Wheel recognition by means of photocell scanning.

Side high-pressure (85 bar / 16 bar)
An upgrade pre-wash program working with 85 bar or 16 bar and a total of 2, 6 or 14 jets precleans the lower side areas and the wheels of the vehicle during the pre-wash.

Under-chassis wash (85 bar / 16 bar)
Two rotating high-pressure jets on the mobile carriage spray the vehicle's underside at 85 bar. The vehicle length measurement ends the spray cycle exactly at the end of the vehicle and prevents the mobile carriage from spraying past the vehicle.

Pump cabinet with storage tank
Plastic cabinet in space-saving construction with attached storage tank. Integrated water mains separation for either fresh or recycled water feed. Two built in high-pressure pumps each with 85 bar pressure. For further water feed to the underbody washer and high-pressure pre-wash in the rollover wash unit.

Jointed brush device
The patented jointed brush device has proven true for over 15 years. The jointed brushes are visibly perceived by the wash customer and are suitable for all vehicle forms. Due to their angled form, the brushes are optimally able to adapt to each vehicle's side surfaces. Gentle cleaning is ensured by evenly applied pressure of the corresponding wash material. The upper and lower dirtied areas are washed twice. The jointed brush device provides the best foundation for washing with the new, gentle wash materials SENSOFIL+ and SENSOTEX+.

Wash material SENSOFIL+
Wash material made from foamed polyethylene. The following characteristics describe this gentle wash material:

Conservation system
The vehicle surface is efficiently preserved and vehicle gloss is increased. Hot wax or special wax device can also be alternatively selected.

LED Positioning device
A clear, understandable indication of the pointers FORWARD, STOP, BACKWARD simplifies driving into the start position. Control succeeds over photocells during the entrance.

Display - Program steps
Installed outside of the wash hall, bright LED-spots illustrate to the customer the respective program steps. Includes illuminated LED-spots for ENTER and EXIT instructions for optimum customer guidance. The brightness of the LED-spots is adjusted over a sensor according to the surrounding light condition.

Illuminated guiding rails
Guide rails simplify entrance into the wash hall. The LED illuminated guide rails additionally attract the driver's attention in directing the driver to the correct parking position.

Ticket terminal C-CAT
Table device for the cashier's room. Simple ticket generation through wash program input as well as integrated shift settling. Program release succeeds over the wash unit's service terminal by means of number input. Data line for rollover wash unit for the usage of further functions can be additionally selected.

Service terminal, Cased version B
This enlargened casing can be upgraded with an additional magnet card rearder or coin acceptor in addition to its standard functions. Operator instructions on the display explain the operation steps.

Service Terminal, Model UBT-L
This floor-mounted appliance in alu-modular design allows for further fitting possibilities in addition to its integrated serial equipment. For example, an optional magnet card reader, coin/token receiver, barcode reader and an intercom system can be installed below the control panel.
